Terms of use
Last updated 12 September 2026
These terms govern access to daywork.pro and to any publication purchased from Daywork. Using the site means accepting them. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site.
Eligibility
This site is intended for adults. Access and purchases are limited to people aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Daywork does not knowingly provide material to minors and closes any account found to belong to one.
Licence to use the material
Purchasing a publication grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to keep a copy for personal use. The licence does not permit resale, redistribution, public posting, sharing of access credentials, translation, adaptation, commercial exploitation, or use of the material to train or fine-tune automated systems. The licence ends if these terms are breached.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, stylesheets and the name Daywork are the property of Daywork or used with permission, and are protected under Brazilian Law 9.610/98 and applicable international treaties. Short quotations with attribution and a link are permitted for commentary, criticism and study. Wholesale reproduction of an article is not.
Works cited in articles belong to their authors and publishers. Daywork claims no rights over the research it describes.
No professional relationship
Reading this site or purchasing a publication creates no professional relationship of any kind. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, career or employment advice, and nothing is directed at the circumstances of any individual. The material describes published research and no more. Decisions taken after reading it are the reader's own, as set out in the disclaimer.
No claim of results
Daywork makes no representation that reading anything published here will produce any outcome, benefit, income, advantage or change of circumstances for anyone. No result is promised, projected, implied or typical, because no result is claimed at all. Any statement elsewhere suggesting otherwise is unauthorised.
Availability and content
The site is provided as it stands. Availability is not warranted, pages may be revised or withdrawn without notice, and articles reflect the state of the research at the time of writing. Research is superseded; a correction policy exists precisely because published material can turn out to be wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Daywork is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or of purchased material, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Brazilian consumer law, and the rights granted to consumers by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor remain intact.
Payment disputes
Questions about a charge should be sent to support@daywork.pro with the transaction reference, which is almost always faster than a bank dispute. Where a chargeback is opened, Daywork provides the payment processor with the order record, delivery evidence and correspondence. Access to purchased material may be suspended while a dispute is open and is restored if the dispute is resolved in the purchaser's favour. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
Changes, law and jurisdiction
These terms may be revised; the version published on this page at the time of a purchase governs that purchase. They are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and disputes are subject to the Brazilian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rule that gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in their place of domicile.
